Initial Insects –$400- inspect home for conducive conditions, treat ongoing infestation. Spray and de-web exterior for insect control. Minor exclusion work includes fixing 3 vents and/or exclusion points, and fixing existing crawlspace cover. 90-day warranty.

Insect or Rodent Maintenance Takeover -$450- Proof of service within last 3 months required. No additional discount. exclusion work extra

Additional Service (Takeover or Existing Client) -$100- Add insect or rodent services to a takeover package or to an existing service.

Additional Building -$40- One service done to an outbuilding NOTE: Large shops and barns are subject to a higher price. Additional building may include shops attached to home via single hallway, slab or overhang

Non-Recurring Services

Deflea Moveout Apartment/Condo -$120- Deflea service to fulfill needs of the moveout agreement. Spray carpets and baseboards for control of fleas. 60-day warranty.

Deflea Moveout House/Townhome -$140- Deflea service to fulfill needs of the moveout agreement. Spray carpets and baseboards for control of fleas. 60-day warranty.

Deflea Active -$200- Spray all carpets, baseboards and upholstery for control of flea infestation in home. Garage as needed. Additional cost for spray of yard ¼ acre plot $80. 60-day warranty.

Stinging Insects (yellow jackets, wasps, hornets) -$200-$250 - Remove infestation from area, remove nests and spray eaves for nest control. 30-day warranty. Note: we cannot spray for/nor protect against stinging insects loitering around your home and property. We generally come out to treat nests and infestations. Treatment not applicable toward honeybees or bumblebees.

Structural Pest Inspections (SPI) -$650 for main building and $100 per additional building that needs to be inspected- Inspection that meets the state requirements for the trade or sale of a structure. This service is mainly for FHA/VA Loans. includes all related paperwork and release of the NPMA-33. all buildings on a property that are a permanent fixture are required to be inspected. SPI additional report -$100- Additional NPMA-33 to be created for same address if requested.

Inspection - Starts at $125.00 - Search for evidence of an infestation or issue. Place traps in affected areas and check for results in a week (5 or 7 days). Find and note exclusion points, annotating them as needed (by letter or on invoice). Additional buildings may incur a charge. Cannot be used for an FHA/VA home sale. exclusion not included.

Powder Post Beetle Treatment - $0.75 per square foot of treatable space— Spray affected/agreed area with a Timbor/Cypermethrin mix for control of powder post and other wood-boring beetles. Release of letter after completion. Inspection ($80) required prior to service to measure area and annotate level of damage.

Cockroaches and bedbugs- Please call for pricing. Inspection is required first.

Additional Maintenance Services - Non Recurring

Crawlspace Door -Starts at $400- Install framed, sealed door at the crawlspace entrance with bolts to secure and handle for access. painted with primer for longevity. Most doors installed at $400. Cost depending on size of opening, additional charges may apply if cement work need to adjust entry.

Crawlspace Covers -Starts at $300 - Build an angled, shingled cover to go over an existing crawlspace well. Note: we strongly recommend that you consider a crawlspace door first and then a cover as a door will provide more protection against pests and weather.

Primer Spray of Crawlspace Vents -$5 per screen (not per set)- Apply primer-based spray paint to rusty crawlspace vents to prolong life.

Ultrasonic Rodent Repellent - $60 - Electronic device Installed into vehicles engine compartment. The device sends multi frequency audio tones in order to discourage rodents from getting into vehicles. Unit is secured in engine compartment and powered by connection to car batteries. - Not available for Electronic Vehicles at this time

Swing Door Sweep - $75 - X-cluder brand door sweeps specifically made for rodent proofing. cut and installed to fir your door.

Rolling Garage Door Sweep - Metal flashing installed at the bottom of a garage door to block access from rodents. Please call for pricing.

L-Flashing for Garage Doors - (Length x$2.40)

Bird/Rodent Guard - $40 (Standard Size) - A plastic guard installed over dryer and kitchen exhaust vents to prevent entry of rodent and birds. Includes installation, starting at $40.00, but a higher fee applies if the size is non-standard.

Screening/Crawlspace Vent Screen - $30 per screen- Labor and material included, must also pay for inspection.

Gable Vent Screen -$60- Seal gable vent from interior or exterior with 1/4-inch galvanized mesh cloth

Eave/Soffit Vent screen - $20- Seal soffit vents from exterior with 1/4-inch galvanized mesh cloth (Standard size 11 inch by 3 inch) more for non-standard vents.

Cement & Steel Wool - (For entry point, fist-sized or smaller) - $20 each

After Hours Fee - $50 – Fee for any requested service outside of normal working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.

General Labor -$60 per hour- Services agreed upon by owner.

Please note we do not service for bats, voles, raccoons and other wildlife. Chipmunks and squirrels are not covered under rodent control.

Bird Intrusion - What we can and cannot do.

We can do an inspection of the location, but if there is indeed already a nest and/or eggs, we CANNOT remove it until they've vacated on their own.  They are federally protected under the National Migratory Bird Treaty Act  ( The Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 (MBTA) is a foundational U.S. federal law (16 U.S.C. 703-712) that protects over 1,000 native bird species by prohibiting their unregulated take—including killing, capturing, selling, or transporting—as well as their nests, eggs, and feathers.)

 If they are not present (no eggs/no babies) or have already vacated the nest, we can remove everything and mitigate further intrusion.
